1.Oterri Cash can be earned against the orders placed on Oterrifashions.com. They will have a validity of 13 months from date of credit.
2.Oterri Cash will be added to your account only after the order delivery is accepted by you. Oterri Cash will be adjusted in case any orders are returned.
3.Oterri Cash can be redeemed against subsequent online orders placed on Oterrifashions.com. Oterri Cash redemption may not be allowed on certain designers/ products.
4.Oterri Cash are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.The conversion rate for earning Oterri Cash and redeeming Oterri Cash is subject to management discretion.

Price Match Guarantee
1.In case the customer finds any product on our website for a lesser price elsewhere. They should share a screenshot with us and we‘ll match the price. However, this will not apply if the user has already purchased the product.
